The task of the Outreach Commission, as directed by the Akron Mennonite Church Congregational Council on February 4, 1998, is to facilitate AMC's participation in mission, peace, service and evangelism, including education in all those areas. Responsibility for local mission and wider church ministries is included in this assignment.
